No running yesterday, didn't feel good in the afternoon.
Today I went in the afternoon, a bit different of what I normally do... to be honest I prefer to run late mornings. Yesterday I could feel the lunch - that I had more than two hours before the workout - dancing inside my stomach. urgh. not pleasant.
Despite this digestive issue I was feeling great. Ran a bit more than usual and was awarded with a congratulations" from Nike+ for my best mile. :)
For the last 5 minutes I ran at 7.5 and could do more but decided for not pushing myself too much and wake up feeling pain the next day.
Heart rate still a bit high but I'm not so impressed anymore!
