Today I did basically the same as yesterday but tried to run for 3 minutes instead of 2. I was also wearing my heart rate monitor and got a maximum of 204 bpm while running. A bit high, I know, but it's always like this even when I am not running so fast (8.5 today). The average was 137 bpm for the 30 minutes of exercise. Hopefully it will get better with some cardio training but's weird anyway.
I'm feeling good, no pain so far, which is great! Here's the picture of my workout summary, for the records! Hope to do this distance in shorter time in the future. Very excited about all this running!
